                                      Drainage System

Drainage system for excess water inside the surfboard.Open in order to remove all traces of water from the inside board body.Screw them back in place after removing the water.

It is programmed to start the engine within 3 seconds of the safety key being attached to the throttle handle. The button is redundant allowing the engine to start if the rider falls into the water and the engine stops without removing the safety key from the handle. The button is also used if the engine has been flooded with water and can be pressed without the safety key to drain water from the engine or can be pressed with the safety key ON until the engine starts again

SMART ECU

Smart ECU has been created to avoid problems and annoying situations that most customers have faced so far. In case the ECU has failed it is replaced in less than 2 minutes by simply disconnecting the old one and replacing it with a new one. With this ECU you can convert from a carburetor to an injection fuel system and vice versa just replacing the carburetor with injector and standard fuel tank with a electronic fuel tank. The mobile phone application with Bluetooth connection to the ECU will soon be available. Through this application it will be possible to see in real time all values such as engine speed, battery level, maximum speed, status/errors and GPS position. APP AVAILABLE SOON

Jet Drive Assembly

The entire assembly ( turbine housing & impeller ) is made mostly of high-strength carbon fiber and the best materials on the market. The shape of the impeller has been determined after more than 20 prototypes . The impeller and turbine hosing have best ratio between speed and torque.

Exhaust

Titanium TA composite single-phase alloy. Higher wear resistance than pure titanium and strong oxidation resistance . Over 15 prototypes have been made to achieve the best performance .

Crankshaft

Crankshaft is made in Japan from the best materials. The tolerance limits are 0 (ZERO)

Cylinder

The Cylinder is made in Taiwan. It is created from the best materials at this moment with the new coating technology ceramic-nicasil. This new technology ensures the lowest friction between the piston ring and cylinder. Low friction = long life = more power and more RPM.

SLS Lid

Single latch multipoint locking system solves one of the annoying customer problems. With a simple twist of the latch you can close or open the lid in less than 3 seconds.

DAF System

Direct Air Flow was designed for best performance and reliability ! All engines need fresh cold air. For best performance and results the internal shape of the carbon hull has been designed focus on the air flow and engine requirements. The air flow passes through a buffer chamber whose purpose is retention of any traces of water absorbed through the external port ( the snorkel) . The airflow is going directly to the carburettor or injector in close proximity . In this way we avoid the engine absorbing vicious air from petrol vapors or high temperatures emanating by the exhaust or engine into the engine compartment.

Master Switch

The master switch also has several functions:-display battery level -battery charging port protected by a cover -the board is activated from the general switch by removing the red magnet -the board is shut-off by coupling the magnet back in his socket.

Fuel Tank System

With a capacity of 4.7L (litres), the fuel tank meets the needs of long-distance riders. In this way we have solved a common problem for this type of riders by eliminating the need for an additional canister.

Starter motor

The starter motor is a particularly robust 3 phase brushless and can manage to spin the engine non-stop from 100% battery to 0% with 0 (ZERO) fail. The starter motor controller offer an overload protection. If the petrol engine is flooded with water the controller will not allow the starter motor to spin the engine to avoid possible damage. If the starter motor is overloaded the controller is the first part from the entire assembly of the starting mechanism which can fail, in this way we protect the starter motor from being burnt out.

Bindings

The bindings have an ergonomic and comfortable design for the foot which ensures good handling for all kind of riders.
