SLS Lid

     Single latch multipoint locking system solves one of the annoying

customer problems. With a simple twist of the latch you can close or open the lid in less than 3 seconds.

Drainage System

Drainage system for excess water inside the surfboard.

Open in order to remove all traces of water from the inside board body.Screw them back in place after         removing the water.

      Throttle handle

The throttle handle has an ergonomic design which leaves a strong and secure feel when gripped. It benefits from a fibre optic safety system. This system has also been designed to avoid the annoying problems caused by the classic magnetic sensor. The fibre optic connection is closed in the loop by a receiver manufactured by PANASONIC, which reads the activation signal of the safety key in real time when the key is attached to the handle.

Smart ECU

It is programmed to start the engine within 3 seconds of the safety key being attached to the throttle handle. The button is redundant allowing the engine to start if the rider falls into the water and the engine stops without removing the safety key from the handle. The button is also used if the engine has been flooded with water and can be pressed without the safety key to drain water from the engine or can be pressed with the safety key ON until the engine starts again

DAF System

Direct Air Flow was designed for best performance and reliability ! All engines need fresh cold air. For best performance and results the internal shape of the carbon hull has been designed focus on the air flow and engine requirements.  The airflow is going directly to the carburettor or injector. In this way we avoid the engine absorbing vicious air from petrol vapors or high temperatures emanating by the exhaust or engine into the engine compartment.

Bindings

The bindings have an ergonomic and comfortable design for the foot which ensures good handling for all kind of riders.

Battery system

This battery system has several essential roles :

• The possibility of removing the battery from the engine compartment facilitates the transport of the surfboard on plane at sporting goods category without the need for additional declarations in the check-in area.
• Many users of similar products have faced this problem many times in the airport.
• The battery can be charged outside the board or inside the board with the standard charger or adaptor cable
• The battery pack has a display that shows the  battery level.
• The battery has a water-proof housing with an IP67 grade.
• Li-Ion 4 Ah (57,6Wh)

 The engine does not recharge the battery!

• approximately 100 engine starts or up to 4 hours of continuous operation without recharging.
• Recharging takes approximately 25 min.

Side edges

After many designs and real tests in real conditions, the side edges as well as the central bevels have been designed to offer the best manoeuvrability in turns as well as an extra stability.

Starter motor

The starter motor is a particularly robust 3 phase brushless and can manage to spin the engine non-stop from 100% battery to 0% with 0 (ZERO) fail. The starter motor controller offer an overload protection. If the petrol engine is flooded with water the controller will not allow the starter motor to spin the engine to avoid possible damage. If the starter motor is overloaded the controller is the first part from the entire assembly of the starting mechanism which can fail, in this way we protect the starter motor from being burnt out.

Crankshaft

Crankshaft is made in Japan from the best materials. The tolerance limits are 0 (ZERO)

Cylinder

The Cylinder is made in Taiwan. It is created from the best materials at this moment with the new coating technology ceramic-nicasil. This new technology ensures the lowest friction between the piston ring and cylinder. Low friction = long life = more power and more RPM.

Jet Drive Assembly

The entire assembly ( turbine housing & impeller ) is made mostly of high-strength carbon fiber and the best materials on the market. The shape of the impeller has been determined after more than 20 prototypes . The impeller and turbine hosing have best ratio between speed and torque.

Exhaust

Titanium TA composite single-phase alloy. Higher wear resistance than pure titanium and strong oxidation resistance . Over 15 prototypes have been made to achieve the best performance .
